Laurent Fabius

Laurent Fabius is a French Socialist politician who served as Prime Minister of France fromJuly 1984 toMarch 1986.

Fabius was born in the wealthy 16th arrondissement of Paris, the son of Louise and Andr Fabius . Fabius parents were from Ashkenazi Jewish families, and converted to Catholicism. Fabius was raised a Catholic.
